	Dr Russell Emerson - Consultant Dermatologist & Dermatological Surgeon MRCP DM Dr Emerson is a recognised laser expert and lecturer in cosmetic dermatology. He is trained in all forms of non-surgical cosmetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum therapy, laser therapy, minor surgery and skin cancer surgery. Dr Emerson is also the lead clinician and directorof the Sussex Community Dermatology Service, an NHS community service which provides advanced dermatological care to thousands of patients across Sussex. Previously, Dr Emerson has also been a Lead Skin Cancer Clinician for Brighton & Sussex University Hospital NHS Trust and was former Chair of the Sussex Skin Cancer Network.
	Dr Arjida Woollons - Consultant Dermatologist FRCP Dr Woollons has many years experience in private practice and is a Consultant Dermatologist at Worthing and Southlands NHS Hospitals. Her interests include general dermatology, allergic contact dermatitis, skin cancer and minor surgery.
	Dr Bav Shergill- Consultant Dermatologist & Dermatological Surgeon MRCP Dr Shergill's specialist area of interest is the treatment of skin cancer and he is the lead clinician for the Sussex Specialist Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team. He is skilled in complex surgical techniques and a range of laser treatments. He also treats general dermatology skin problems such as eczema, acne and rashes. His private practice covers all areas of Dermatology including cosmetic treatments, such as Botox, Fillers and Laser resurfacing. 	Dr Paul Farrant - Consultant Dermatologist Dr Farrant is a NHS consultant dermatologist at Brighton and Sussex University NHS Hospitals Trust, working in Brighton and Haywards Heath. He also holds an honorary consultant post at St John's Institute of Dermatology, London, where he works in the specialist hair and nail clinic. Locally he is lead for cutaneous allergy and phototherapy and is a core member of the skin cancer multidisciplinary team. Dr Farrant's practice includes all aspects of medical (eg acne, eczema, psoriasis and rashes) and surgical dermatology, including skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. His main interest is in conditions causing hair loss such as alopecia.
	Dr Erika Mclean - Aesthetic Practitioner & GPwSPI Dermatology Specialist Dr Erika Mclean is a General Practitioner who developed an interest in skin diseases and aesthetics. Dr Erika Mclean works locally in the Sussex Community dermatology service. She has experience in dealing with medical skin problems (including eczema, psoriasis, acne and rashes) and minor surgical procedures (including skin tags, cysts, seborrhoeic warts and moles). Dr Mclean has had training and experience in using different lasers and IPL devices to treat a range of problems (including facial veins, hair reduction, pigmentation and rejuvenation.) She also performs Botulinum Toxin injections for facial wrinkles (Botox & Azzalure).
	Miss Sarah Williams - Aesthetic Practitioner Sarah specialises in cosmetic treatments including laser therapy, hair removal, chemical peels, and microsclerotherapy. Sarah works in the clinic as a part of Non-Surgical Treatments.
	Mr Charles Nduka - Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon Mr Nduka is a NHS Consultant Surgeon practising at the Queen Victoria Hospital and Brighton General Hospital. He has an interest in facial paralysis, breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
	Dr Fiona Emerson - Aesthetic Practitioner & GPwSPI Dermatology Specialist Dr Emerson is a General Practitioner with an interest in laser therapy and minor cosmetic procedures. She works at the clinic on Tuesdays.
	Sister Carolyn Battes - Specialist Nurse Clinical Manager (carolynbattes@hoveskinclinic.co.uk) Carolyn has many years experience in dermatology and laser therapy. She is responsible for managing the day to day nursing activities of the clinic and oversees laser therapy services.
	Mrs Sophie Lockyer - Specialist Dermatology Nurse Sophie assists with surgical procedures and laser therapy at the clinic. She is also a qualified paediatric nurse.
Practice Staff
	Mrs Julie Turner - Customer Services Manager (julieturner@hoveskinclinic.co.uk) Julie has overall responsibility for administration in the clinic and customer services. Please contact her for any issues regarding clinical services, invoicing or complaints.
	Mrs Mary Pollard - Personal Assistant to Dr Russell Emerson Mary has many years experience in the private sector and can provide information about the clinical services we provide at the clinic. She assists Dr Emerson to help manage his private practice.
	Miss Hannah Wyles - Customer Services Assistant Hannah assists the administration team in reception and has recently joined the clinic.
	Ms Joan Shaw - Accounts Adminstrator Joan manages the clinic accounts and salaries. She has experience as a Practice Manager locally in Brighton and works part-time in the clinic to help with administration.
